     At P1Health we are extremely passionate about the cultivation of nutrient dense food and medicine. Now more than ever, our soil is extremely depleted resulting in nutrient deficiencies within us humans. Notice how when nature is in a depleted state, it reflects onto us!
    Adding some cheap chemical fertilizer to your soil will not fix the issue, our bodies and the soil are no different. A holistic approach is of the utmost importance! Adding synthetic fertilizer and thinking everything is okay with your soil is equivalent to ingesting a handful of pharmaceuticals and thinking everything will be okay. NO! You are just digging yourself into an even deeper hole. 
      Speaking of digging holes I would advise organic gardeners to do no such thing. Imagine tearing open your stomach for all of the biology and micro-organisms to be exposed to the outside world. it would be far from beneficial. Soil is no different, by disturbing the soil we are killing all or the micro-organisms which
are responsible for feeding plants. Plants and microbes have a symbiotic relationship and fake/chemical gardening destroys that relationship.
      At what point did we go wrong as a society? I can go down the rabbit hole as to how upside down this reality is but the bottom line is: WE ARE DISCONNECTED FROM NATURE AS A WHOLE.
